Because we specialize in Labubu collectibles, plush dolls, and designer toys, we take extra care to ensure all items are packaged securely and delivered in excellent condition.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak shopping periods, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. We always strive to minimize delays whenever possible.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout the United States.

At this time, international shipping may not be available.

Customers are encouraged to provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Some shipments may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes depending on carrier restrictions.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed.

📭 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your collectible arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Collectihub within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue and assist you.
