3. How do I place an order?

Simply browse the Collectihub website, select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed through our secure checkout process.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.


4. How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


5. How long does shipping take?

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.


6. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States.

International shipping availability may vary and will be indicated during checkout when applicable.


8. What is your return policy?

Collectihub accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

9. Can I return an opened blind box collectible?

Generally, opened blind box collectibles cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the collectible nature of blind box products, opened items may not qualify for return.


10. Can I choose a specific Labubu character in a blind box?

Unless specifically stated in the product description, blind box collectibles are randomly packed by the manufacturer, and specific characters cannot be guaranteed.


11. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Eligible returns may still be requested according to our Return & Refund Policy.


12. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact the Collectihub Customer Support Team as soon as possible and provide:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging
